FAQs

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Go to our wedding website and click the "RSVP" tab in the menu. Enter your first and last name (as it appears on your invitation) to find your party.

Question

How do I let you know about dietary restrictions?

Answer

When you click RSVP and enter your name, you will be prompted to list any dietary restrictions or allergies in the text box provided.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is cocktail. We ask that you wear a suit or a dress shirt with a tie is suggested. A midi- or knee- length dress or dressy separates are also welcome.

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

Answer

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guest list just to those who know us well! The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

Question

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

Take the night off and leave the little ones at home! We politely request no children attend the ceremony and reception. Thank you in advance for understanding.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 5:00 PM, so we recommend arriving 15-30 minutes beforehand (around 4:30 - 4:45 PM) to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and mingling. Arriving early ensures you're settled before the processional starts, so you can fully enjoy the ceremony without disruption. We want everyone to be in their seats and ready to celebrate with us as the event begins promptly at the time listed on your invitation!

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our afternoon ceremony will be outdoors in the grass, the cocktail hour will be outdoors on the patio, and the reception will be outdoors under a tent as well as indoors. Guests will walk to the ceremony on paved pathways, but will need to step on grass briefly to take their seats. Guests will also have the option to walk by the Boulder Creek in the grass. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended.

Question

What is the best way to get to the venue?

Answer

The venue is Boulder Creek by Wedgewood Weddings at 38470 Boulder Canyon Drive, Boulder, CO 80302. Parking is free and available at the venue. For guests planning to enjoy the festivities, we recommend rideshare services like Uber/Lyft or carpooling.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony! We kindly ask that you keep phones and cameras tucked away until after the ceremony concludes. We've hired a wonderful photographer to capture all the moments, and would love for you to be fully present with us in the moment!
