Ceremony
4:00 pm - 4:45 pm

Please dress formally: dresses, jump suits, slacks and button-ups with or without jacket. As we are up in the mountains in October, please consider bringing a light coat/sweater. Children can wear whatever they are comfortable in.
Guests will be riding the gondola to arrive at the venue. Fun! The Ceremony will be outside on the Needles Patio, weather permitting. Our rainy day alternative will be inside Needles Lodge. After the ceremony and before dinner there will be time to mingle, play outside, and listen for your names as we get group photos.
Reception: Dinner and Dancing
6:00 pm - 9:30 pm

Dinner will begin at 6pm. It will be buffet style. Then it's dancing, chit-chat, and couples-trivia until send-off at 8:45pm. Depart down the mountain via the gondola by 9:30pm.

Picnic

This event is completely casual- come dressed to run around and eat finger foods! Also please dress appropriately for the weather.
This is a completely optional casual picnic where we will have light bites and snacks and an assortment of games from corn hole to volleyball. One more chance for some quality time before everyone has to depart. If you need to arrive late or leave early, that is perfectly ok!
