We are getting married! Adult celebration!

We’ve known each other for most of our lives — growing up together in South Bend, Indiana, and attending the same school from kindergarten all the way through high school. Though life took us in different directions after graduation, fate had its own plans. In 2023, while Elena was visiting Phoenix, Arizona for Thanksgiving, a chance encounter between our moms back in South Bend changed everything. That unexpected moment reconnected us after years apart. Michael came to hang out for the day at the Camelback Marriott, and from that day on, something just clicked. Not long after, as Elena was preparing to drive home for Christmas, Michael offered to fly out and make the drive with her — all the way from Virginia Beach to South Bend. Somewhere between the miles, the music, and the quiet moments on the road, we fell in love. And now, we can’t wait to celebrate the journey that brought us here — and everything that’s still ahead — with all of you!
