Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors and air-conditioned.

What transportation will be provided?

Answer

There will be a shuttle to take guests from the Desmond Malvern and the Courtyard Marriott to the reception and back at the end of the night. Shuttle Pickup at Desmond Malvern: 4:30pm Shuttle Pickup at Courtyard Marriott: 4:45pm End of Night Shuttle: 9:00-11:00pm (making trips for 2 hours)

What should I do between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The Desmond Malvern has a bar on-site called the Fox & Hounds Pub. You can also take the opportunity to switch into your dancing shoes!

Is there parking at the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is ample parking at both the church and wedding venue. There is NO provided transportation to the church. There will be a shuttle to and from the reception. Please note that there will be an open bar at the reception and to please drink responsibly! Or, drink less responsibly and just take the shuttle back :) (safety first!)

The Welcome Party is Dressy Casual The Church Ceremony and Reception are Semi-Formal

Am I allowed to take pictures?

Answer

We ask that you please refrain from cell phone use & photography during our ceremony. But at the reception, snap away!
