Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

While we absolutely adore your little ones, we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives everyone the chance to relax, let loose, and enjoy a fun night out with us. We truly appreciate you making arrangements in advance and thank you for understanding our wishes on this special day!

Question

Is it an open bar?

Answer

absolutely!

What is the weather going to be like?

Our wedding will be in September in Louisiana, which means you can expect warm, Southern weather ☀️Early fall here typically brings: Daytime temperatures in the mid-80s to low-90s°F, Evenings cooling down into the 70s, a bit of humidity, and the occasional chance of rain (it is Louisiana!). We recommend lightweight, breathable fabrics and comfortable shoes. You may want to bring a light layer just in case. *Handheld fans and mosquito spray will be provided* We can’t wait to celebrate with you, sunset, sweet air, and all! 🌿

Our wedding will be semi-formal / cocktail attire. We want everyone to feel dressed up and festive while staying comfortable enough to enjoy the celebration and dance the night away! Ladies: Cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or elegant skirts Gentlemen: Dress pants with a button-down or blazer; ties are optional Comfortable shoes are recommended. Get ready to celebrate in style! 💃🕺

Question

What are the colors of the wedding?

Answer

Cabernet (dark red wine) and Moss (dark green). You are able to wear whatever color you want to wear, there are no forbidden colors... besides white.

Question

How to get there

Answer

When you type in the address in maps, it is going to take you down Bethel Road to a small white Church. Keep going down the road a little further and you will come across a wooden sign that says Oak Hill Farm on the left side. Take that left and it will take you to the parking lot. Follow the signs down the path to the Grand Oak where the ceremony will take place! Provided in your wedding invitation is a small map of Oak Hill Farm so you know where everything is located when you get there.
