Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00pm, so please plan to arrive and be seated in time for the ceremony.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We have shuttles that will pick guests up at the Homewood Suites in Leesburg starting at 5:00 pm to take them to the ceremony and return guests to the hotel after the reception. We have a block of rooms booked at the Homewood Suites as well as the Hampton Inn, which is located right next door. If you choose to stay elsewhere, but would still like to take the shuttle, you can meet at the Homewood Suites at 5:00 pm to get a ride. In addition, if you’d like to drive to the wedding venue, there is parking available, however we would not recommend Uber or Lyft as it could be hard to find a car after the reception.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Cana Vineyards has parking and cars can be left over night, if needed. However, we do not recommend using Uber or Lyft, as it may be hard to find a car after the reception.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We would love for kids to join us at both the ceremony and reception.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the ceremony and reception is garden attire. It is worth noting that, weather permitting, the ceremony will take place in a grassy area, so please wear shoes that allow you to walk comfortably on slightly uneven ground.
