Will I get a wedding invite in the mail?

Answer

No, we have elected to use electronic invites only. Please RSVP on this website by 7/27/25 at the latest.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your children we are asking to keep our wedding ceremony and reception kid-free. Kids are welcome at the barbecue the first night.

Question

How will I know if I have a plus one?

Answer

We have very limited seating at our venue and as such need to limit plus ones. We will notify you if you have a plus one and for the most part will also be sending an invitation directly to your plus one. Thank you for understanding.

Which is the best airport to fly into?

Answer

The closest airport is Bradley in Hartford, CT at 1.5 hrs away, but Boston and New York are both about 2.5 hrs away and may offer more non stop flights. There is also a train from New York to Hudson (30 min away).

How should we get around

Answer

We strongly recommend that you rent a car as there is no public transit in the area and Uber does not work reliably.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is a limited amount of parking on site. We will also be arranging for a small bus to pick up from the Egremont Village Inn and can add on people staying at other accommodations in the area by request.

What happens if there is bad weather?

Answer

We are hoping to host our ceremony outside down by the pond. If there is rain the ceremony will take place under a tented patio. In order to fit everyone the ceremony would be standing and brief.

Financial concerns?

Answer

We recognize that traveling to the Berkshires is not cheap. If this places any hardship on you or prevents you from wanting to attend please let us know so that we can assist.

Where is the registry?

Answer

Our present is your presence. We request no gifts. If you would like to make a donation in our name consider Unicef, Planned Parenthood, Yellowhammer fund, Border Angels, or the Trevor Project.
