Soda City Market
This is the weekly market open Saturdays from 9am-1pm on Main Street featuring food trucks, entertainment, and unique hand crafted products. Chad and Elena used to frequent this market while living in Columbia. Highly recommend checking this out on Saturday morning!
Columbia Canal and Riverfront Park
This is a paved trail on a stretch of land separating the Columbia Canal and the Congaree River. You can walk the trail or even rent bikes in the trail parking lot. Elena and Chad used to frequently walk along the river while living in the apartments right next to beginning of the path!
Riverbanks Zoo & Garden
The Columbia zoo, aquarium, and botanical garden is located along the Saluda River. Chad and Elena have visited this zoo many times together!
Basil Thai Cuisine-Columbia, SC
This is the restaurant where Chad and Elena met for their first date in 2021! Located less than 20 minutes from the wedding venue location, this spot is worth a visit.
Kaminsky's Dessert Cafe
This was Elena and Chad's favorite spot to pick up dessert downtown!
