We’ve chosen to be married in a private ceremony earlier in the day. We hope you’re as excited as we are to celebrate together at our reception afterwards and thank you for understanding and supporting us in this choice.
Our venue has strict capacity restrictions and we are unable to accommodate additional guests. For guests who have a plus one, you will be able to add their name when you RSVP.
We are unable to accommodate any children at the reception. This will be a 21+ event. Thank you for understanding.
Lake Caroline is a gated community, and you will have to check in at the gatehouse before arriving at the venue. You will have to present a photo ID for one invited guest. Only guests that have RSVP'd by March 1 will be on the list.
There is limited parking available at the venue. We highly recommend carpooling with a designated driver. Due to the remote location of the venue, there is extremely limited service available for ride shares. There is accessible parking available as needed.
While the reception begins at 6, dinner service will begin promptly at 6:15. We encourage you to arrive earlier to allow time to get through security and park at the venue.
Cocktail attire is requested. The venue is indoors (though there is an outdoor patio if you would like to enjoy it) so no need to consider the weather or terrain when choosing your outfit.
We will be serving a BBQ buffet as well as beer, wine, cider, and soft drinks. Please let us know if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, and we will do our best to accommodate.
