CEREMONY: NORTH LAWN @ HILTON 10000 Beach Club Dr, Myrtle Beach, SC 29572 RECEPTION: SEASIDE VISTA @ BLACK DRUM BREWING (2nd FLOOR) 9800 Queensway Blvd, Myrtle Beach, SC 29572 ***Ceremony & reception locations are both wheelchair accessible. We are providing transportation via hotel shuttles to and from the ceremony and reception. For those willing and able to walk from one to the other, there is a gorgeous boardwalk along the beach that connects the two properties.

We kindly ask that all guests wear Cocktail or Semi-Formal attire to our wedding. The perfect balance between elegant and comfortable. Our wedding colors are dusty blue, dusty rose, and sky blue with gold accents. Guests are welcome to choose from those colors or any, except for white, of course!

Open bar offering domestic and craft beers, spiked seltzer, red & white wines. Including two signature drinks: King's Cape Codder: Vodka, Soda, Cranberry & Lime Wendy's Marry Me Margarita: Strawberry Margarita & Lime Tips for bartenders are appreciated!

shuttle service

Answer

There is a complimentary on-site shuttle service that you may request with the front desk or concierge for pick up/drop offs throughout the entire property. They will also bring you off property within a couple mile radius. We are arranging a pre-scheduled time & locations for multiple shuttles to transport out guests to and from the ceremony to the reception.

Our CEREMONY is outdoors. Our RECEPTION is indoors. Technically it is indoor/outdoor, as we intend to have large glass garage doors fully open to enjoy the nice ocean breeze and to have access to the balcony that overlooks the pool and beach.

Parking

Answer

Ceremony- Parking for ceremony will be located at the Hilton Parking Garage. You may walk through the Hilton lobby out onto the pool deck for the quickest and easiest way to reach the ceremony. RECEPTION- There is plenty of parking right in front and to the sides of the reception venue. The building name is BLACK DRUM BREWING. Handicap options available.

Transportation & Accommodations

Please note, it is very likely that various schools and colleges will be on spring break the weekend of our wedding, we would advise booking your flights & rentals as soon as you can! We are getting married on property at a very large resort. There are multiple hotel rooms, suites, villas, and condos to choose from! Our room block will be at EMBASSY SUITES KINGSTON PLANTATION. However, you are still considered on property if you stay at the following locations: HILTON. MYRTLE BEACH, ROYAL PLAMS CONDOMINIUMS, KINGSTON VILLAS & CONDOS, HAMPTON SOUTH, HAMPTON NORTH, BRIGHTON, & MARGATE. For those flying into Myrtle Beach, there are several rental car services located directly across the walkway from the airport. Ubers & Lyfts are also available for pick up/drop off at that same location if you do not plan on traveling much off-site, or have alternative transportation set up.
