Can I bring a date?

Answer

As much as we would love to meet anyone special to you, our venue has a strict guest maximum so we can only accommodate guests specifically included on your invitation.

How do I get to the wedding?

Answer

Limited guests staying at the Mad River Barn (we will inform you if you have been reserved a room) are in the center of the action and won't need transportation. Guests staying at Mad River Lodge or Sugarbush Resort will have a shuttle scheduled for pick up and drop off to the ceremony site. Note Uber is NOT available in Waitsfield, but we have scheduled to have extra taxis in the area if leaving outside of shuttle pick up times. Parking is not available on-site unless handicap accessibility required.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

Wear what makes you feel your best! Think garden formal attire. We welcome tuxes or suits, full length or midi dresses. The ceremony and cocktail hour are outdoors on grass while the reception is indoors. We recommend comfortable shoes!

While we love your kids, our wedding is an adults only celebration. We appreciate the time and effort made for finding childcare!
