What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please try to arrive 10-15 minutes before the ceremony starts. 2:30 is a good time to start arriving. (There is no assigned seating you choose where you sit).

Open Bar?

Answer

If you arrive earlier, there is a cash bar. During the cocktail hour, there will be an open bar 3:30 pm- 7:30 pm (closed during dinner 5-6 PM). Cash bar opens up after, they take cash, card, Apple Pay, etc.

Shuttle from hotel?

Answer

There will be a shuttle from the hotel to the venue. It leaves at 2:20 so be waiting in the hotel lobby no less than 10 minutes before. And then the shuttle will pick you up from the venue at 11:50!
