It all began in the fall of 2018, when Roberto and Elena met while working together as staff nurses. Along the way, fate had another surprise in store: a sweet little Maltese-Shih Tzu mix named JoJo, who joined their travel crew unexpectedly but oh-so-perfectly. Then, on a magical weekend trip to the Redwoods in Northern California, Roberto got down on one knee and asked Elena to be his forever. Montaluce was chosen as their wedding venue in honor of one of their favorite pastimes, sipping wine together in the mountains of southern Oregon.
