Question

What time should we plan to arrive at the wedding?

Answer

Please plan to arrive no earlier than 30 minutes in advance of the ceremony. From Center City Charlotte, the ride takes approximately 35 minutes and sometimes up to 40 minutes. In addition, we suspect there may be a little traffic on the road to the venue due to the narrow width of the road.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Transportation is only provided back to Center City Charlotte from the venue. There are multiple shuttles and they will be stopping at the following locations: QC Social, The Westin Charlotte, Charlotte Marriott City Center. Please arrange your own transportation to the venue and plan to arrive no earlier than 30 minutes in advance.

How do I get a space reserved on the shuttle?

Answer

Please reply in the RSVP section. We will need to have an accurate headcount as there is limited space on the shuttles.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a designated space for parking at the venue. Signage will be provided. If you want to leave your car overnight, you may do so with the expectation that you will pick it up no later than 10am on the following morning.

If I have a food allergy or food restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Is this a kid-friendly event? (12 and under)

Answer

The ceremony and reception are an adult affair. We want you to be able to enjoy the night kid-free! For guests that are traveling out of town, we will have a list of trusted nannies on reserve for the evening. Please let us know if you’d like to be a part of that.
