Some love stories begin with grand romantic gestures. Ours began with social media, a birthday party, and spontaneous ice cream dates. 🍦 Before we officially met, we had already crossed paths on social media. Then shortly after, we met in person at a birthday party for Eleasha’s soror, Allison, who also happens to be a family friend of Joash through their church community. From our very first conversation, something felt natural. The jokes flowed easily, the laughter was genuine, and we instantly enjoyed each other’s company. Not long after, we reconnected through Eleasha’s best friend, Jasha, who worked with Joash. One conversation led to another, and before long, we found ourselves spending more time together. Our first official date was at an ice cream shop, and soon those spontaneous ice cream outings became our thing.
