Where To Stay

For your convenience, we have reserved 2 blocks of hotel rooms with discounted rates at the Element Philadelphia Downtown and the Hilton Garden Inn Newtown Square Radnor. Our goal is to accommodate guests who prefer to stay in the city itself as well as guests who prefer to stay in the suburbs closer to the venue. If you prefer to arrange for your own accommodations elsewhere, Philadelphia and the surrounding area has numerous other wonderful hotels and Airbnb rentals. We have also arranged for a shuttle bus service for both hotels. You are still welcome to use the shuttle service regardless of where you are staying. There is also plenty of parking at the venue for guests who would prefer to drive.

Element Philadelphia Downtown

The Element Philadelphia Downtown is located in the heart of Center City Philadelphia, with easy walking access to the city's historic sites, museums, and diverse dining scene. The Element is a 35-60 minute drive to the venue depending on traffic. We have arranged for a dedicated shuttle bus to transport guests from the hotel to the venue. The shuttle will also transport guests back to the Element at the end of the night. To receive the discounted room rate, please use the "View" button below. Hilton Garden Inn Newtown Square Radnor

The Hilton Garden Inn Newtown Square Radnor is located in the peaceful suburban Main Line area outside of Philadelphia. The Hilton is a short 10-15 minute drive to the venue. There will be a dedicated shuttle bus to transport guests from the Hilton to the venue. The shuttle will also transport guests back to the Hilton at the end of the night. To receive the discounted room rate, please use the "View" button below. Alternatively, you can use the Group Code "LDW25" when making a booking through Hilton's website. Please let us know if you have any questions or issues with booking! The hotel's cutoff date for discounted rate booking is April 9. Shuttle

Shuttle Bus

For your convenience, we have arranged for shuttle bus services. There will be a dedicated shuttle to pick up guests from each of our 2 wedding hotels. You are welcome to use the shuttles even if you are not staying at either hotel. For the Element Philadelphia Downtown: the shuttle will be located at the Chestnut Street main entrance of the hotel. The shuttle will be available at the Element for boarding starting at 1:30 PM. The shuttle will depart the Element at 2:00 PM. For the Hilton Garden Inn Newton Square Radnor: the shuttle will be located outside the main hotel entrance. The shuttle will be available at the Hilton for boarding starting at 2:30 PM. The shuttle will depart the Hilton at approximately 2:50 PM. At the end of the night, both shuttles will depart the venue at approximately 9:30 PM, making stops at both the Hilton and the Element.

PHL

Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is the closest major airport. It has convenient train access (SEPTA Airport Line) to downtown Philadelphia, and it's also easy to find an Uber/Lyft to the city.

Train

30th Street Station

Amtrak is a great option to get to Philadelphia from other major East Coast cities - Philadelphia's train station is the William H. Gray III 30th Street Station. From there, you can easily find an Uber/Lyft or transfer to one of the local SEPTA trains to get closer to our hotel blocks.
