Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail+ minimum. Colorful black tie invited/encouraged! Please do not wear white. Black tie is defined as Tuxes and gowns of all colors (except white). Cocktail is defined as cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, or nice jackets and slacks. We encourage color for all events!

What are your Covid safety precautions?

Answer

We would request that all guests be up to date on their COVID vaccines/boosters (defined as having received one within the last 12 months) and take a test the morning of any events. If you have a positive test result, please stay home for the safety of the brides and all other guests!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please let us know by or before the RSVP is due in order to avoid any issues. Please note that our wedding is fully vegetarian.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Valet parking is available at the location. We also recommend looking into public transit options--an Amtrak and SEPTA Regional Rail station is a 20 minute walk from the venue!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

All events are at the hotel where we have a room block! There are a few other nearby hotels if you'd like a different hotel option. We do not offer transportation to and from those, but they are only a few blocks away!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are hosting a childfree ceremony and reception, but you're welcome to bring children to the Renn Fair Bachelorette if you join us!
