Healdsburg has a unique climate that is terrific for grape growing but a challenge for people! Average daytime temperature is mid 80s. But evening temperature is mid 50s. Please bring a wrap or sweater for when the sun goes down.
The event is Black Tie optional - tuxedos (or suits) for men and colorful gowns for women are encouraged. Most of all, wear what makes you feel beautful!
This will be a completely outdoor event with uneven terrain - grass, gravel and some slope. Please keep this in mind when selecting your footwear.
On the day of the wedding, transportation will pick up from the Hotel Trio, and the Hampton Inn Windsor. Service will start at 3pm and continue until the last pickup at 3:40pm. After the ceremony, shuttles will run return loops starting around 8pm.
Parking at the Gannon residence is extremely limited. If you plan to drive, please let us know in advance so we can reserve a space for you.
If there is something specific you must avoid, please let us know. There will be a selection of vegetarian and gluten free items available.
Yes, ride-share services are available in Healdsburg. Since Healdsburg is a small town, we encourage booking rides in advance.
