Six years ago, on what seemed like a regular Black Friday, our story began. At the time, I was working at the mall back when stores would open on Thanksgiving Day. It was our busiest day of the year, and of course I was stuck working the register with a super long line of customers. I didn't notice Angel right away, but apparently he noticed me. To this day, he claims he was completely "mesmerized" when he saw me. The funny thing is that he had never even thought about going into the store where I worked. He was out shopping with his friends and randomly decided to go in. Looking back, it really feels like fate wanted us to meet. The only problem was that my line was so long that there wasn't really a chance for us to talk. But fate had one more thing planned. Later that day, I popped up on his suggested friends list, and Angel decided to send me a friend request. He started messaging me, and honestly, the rest is history. What started with a random trip into a store and a friend request turned into something neither of us could have imagined. Six years later, we're still just as in love, if not more, and so excited for everything the future holds. We can't wait to celebrate this next chapter with all of our favorite people by our side.

Hace seis años, en lo que parecía ser un Black Friday cualquiera, comenzó nuestra historia. En ese tiempo yo trabajaba en el mall, cuando las tiendas todavía abrían el Día de Acción de Gracias. Como siempre, era un día súper ocupado y me tocó estar de cajera con una fila larguísima de clientes. Yo no vi a Angel de inmediato, pero al parecer él sí me vio a mí. Según él, quedó hipnotizado cuando me vio. Lo chistoso es que nunca se le había ocurrido entrar a la tienda donde yo trabajaba. Ese día andaba de compras con sus amigos y decidió entrar porque sí. Viéndolo ahora, siento que el destino realmente quería que nos conociéramos. Lo malo fue que mi fila estaba tan larga que no hubo oportunidad de hablar. Pero el destino tenía otros planes. Más tarde ese mismo día, aparecí entre sus amigos en común en Facebook. Angel me mandó una solicitud de amistad, empezó a escribirme y, pues, el resto es historia. Seis años después seguimos aquí, más enamorados que nunca y emocionados por todo lo que nos espera. Estamos muy felices de comenzar este nuevo capítulo juntos y de poder celebrarlo con las personas que más queremos.
