When should I RSVP?

Answer

We would love to hear from you as soon as you know that you are able to celebrate with us. Please RSVP by January 15th, 2026. Be sure to include your dinner order (and any special dietary restrictions) before this deadline.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a welcome reception starting at 4:00 pm. Please arrive no later than 4:15 pm as the Ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 pm. Please note that hotel check in is no earlier than 3:00 pm.

Will we have to go outside?

Answer

Our wedding venue is a charming historic inn with multiple buildings, which means guests will need to walk briefly outdoors between their accommodations and the ceremony/reception space. While these short walks are part of the venue's unique character, we recommend bringing appropriate shoes and outerwear to ensure everyone's comfort and enjoyment.

Will you be accepting gifts at the wedding?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift to us. For those who wish to give, gifts are deeply appreciated and can be sent directly to us through our registry website. As we will be traveling for the wedding and returning home afterward, transporting boxed gifts would be difficult, so we kindly ask that guests please refrain from bringing anything larger than a card or envelope to the celebration.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Yes, please refer to the "travel" tab on the website. We have 2 hotel blocks. One at the venue, The Inn at Leola Village, and one 5 miles away at Courtyard Lancaster.

There is plenty of parking at the venue. It is self park only.
