When should I RSVP by?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our celebration will be semi formal, and we would love to see our guests in bright colors and florals. The ceremony will take place outdoors, and Colorado summers can bring a mix of temperatures. Ladies, we recommend bringing a light layer to keep your shoulders comfortable as the evening cools.

Will dinner be served on Friday at the Welcome Party?

Answer

No, dinner will not be served on Friday - however there will be an open bar and passed appetizers. Please reach out to Lana or Dante if you’d like advice regarding dinner options.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will be providing complimentary roundtrip shuttle service from both hotels to the wedding venue and back at the end of the evening. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the celebration without worrying about transportation.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We are excited to kick off the festivities with our welcome party on July 17 in the Great Room at the Arrabelle at Vail Square. All of our wedding guests are warmly invited to join us. The attire for the evening will be cocktail. This celebration will flow between indoor and outdoor spaces with passed appetizers and an open bar. Colorado mountain weather can shift quickly from warm to chilly, so we encourage you to bring a light layer to stay comfortable throughout the night.
