Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP on our website as soon as you know whether you will attend, and no later than April 20th.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony & reception?

Answer

Onsite parking is limited to Sunday night cabin guests and vendors. We have reserved parking at the San Lorenzo Valley High School with shuttle service to and from the venue. Please see our Parking page for more information.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

NOTE: Please do not approach the bridal party during our pre-ceremony activities (first look, group photos, etc) - we’ll be sure to chat and party with you later! Cabin guests should arrive to the Guest Hub by 3:10pm to allow enough time for parking and to make your way to the ceremony site for our 3:30pm ceremony start. You may check in to your cabin as early as 1pm. Guests who are NOT staying in a cabin will need to take one of our shuttles. Last shuttle departs from the San Lorenzo Valley Unified School District parking lot at 3pm.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

With respect, we would like our special day to be an adults-only occasion.

Question

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

Smoking (including cigarettes, vapes/e-cigarettes, joints, etc) is ONLY permitted in designated areas outside on the Waterfall Lodge patios and the Ceremony Patio. Smoking is prohibited in all buildings and areas not specifically designated as smoking areas. Violation of this policy will result in a fine to the couple that we will pass along to the offending guest(s).

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please note any food allergies on your RSVP. Our dinner will be served “family style” with selections including vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free options.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Our venue has limited capacity. Please only bring a plus one if indicated on your invitation. If your specified plus one (spouse, etc) cannot attend, you may bring an alternative guest - please let us know so we can update the guest list and table settings!
