Rewind to December 4, 2015, hop on a plane to Vegas and meet us at Hakkasan in the MGM Grand. You'll see Elaine and Vincent's paths cross all because Elaine had an empty cup and was on the prowl for some free drinks. What was meant to be a harmless night of music and fun turned into a pivotal moment in each of their lives. When we met at Hakkasan, we shyly shook hands, we hesitantly introduced ourselves and we awkwardly started a conversation about pineapple buns. Fast forward 4 years with countless airplane rides, thousands of hours of FaceTime and a few birthdays celebrated, we defied the odds and made our long distance relationship into a life long commitment. On December 1, 2018, Vincent decided to get down on one sandy knee and proposed. And from that moment on, Elaine knew that she would never have to look for free drinks ever again, because Vincent would always be there to fill her cup and keep her heart full.
