We hope that you can come and enjoy the August Moon property and surrounding areas as there are plenty of great activities to take advantage of.
Race Brook Falls

Race Brook Falls

716 S. Undermountain Rd (Rt 41), Sheffield, MA 01257

There are two options for this hike from the parking lot off Rt. 41. There is an easier 30 mins hike to the first set of falls that is on relatively flat ground and accessible for all ages and abilities. Continuing on after the first 30 mins, the hike can be quite challenging with sometimes steep with braded trials. The tougher part of the trail leads up Race Mountain which offers great views from the open ledges, but can be quite demanding physically. There is parking on Rt 41 about a 4 minute walk from the August Moon property.
