Are you registered? Where?

Is there a dress code?
Answer
For the ceremony and reception guests should wear cocktail attire. Keep in mind the ceremony will be held outdoors on the golf course under a pavilion. We will then have a cocktail hour on the terrace (outside, weather permitting) and then to the ballroom for the reception.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Due to the size of Kyle and Elaine's families and the venue space, this is an adult only event.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes! Please see the Travel page on our website. The two hotels in which we have blocks reserved are the Hilton Garden Inn (On Pantops) and The Comfort Inn. The shuttles will be leaving from the hotels (time TBD). There are also many Airbnbs available in Charlottesville.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes, our reception will include a plated dinner, please let us know of any food allergies so that our chef can accommodate your needs!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Our ceremony and reception venue has plenty of parking. There is a gated entrance, so please tell the security staff that you are attending the Galbraith/Nealis wedding.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes! We will have shuttles from the Hotels to Glenmore and back! Time located at the top of the webpage!
Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 pm. Please give yourself plenty of time to get to the venue, find parking and be seated.
