When should I RSVP by?

Answer

August 7th, please! We have to give a count by the 10th, and we will be charged even if you do not attend. We will reach out if we haven't heard from you by the beginning of August. If we still do not hear from you by the 10th we will plan that you will not attend.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The Venue and Cash Bar will be open by 3:00. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 pm at the end of the lower parking lot overlooking the valley. There will be very limited seating, reserved for anyone who requests seating. You will also be able to view from the deck.

Can I bring a date?

Please let us know if you are listed as a single and would like to bring a date! We want you to feel comfortable attending.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

The invitation indicates the children who are invited, or if your invitation says Family. We have limited seating, so I am sorry we can not invite all children of our guests. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to get in touch with Kevin or Elaine.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please do! On your RSVP for the reception. We will have gluten-free items available.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

It will be a busy weekend in Bennington. Book early!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking will be limited; please carpool or think about using a local cab or rideshare! You can call ahead and schedule with them! Please be very careful if you park on the road, especially if you plan to leave after dark.
