What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Our dress code is formal cocktail attire (elegant, polished looks that are dressier than business casual but less formal than black tie). We ask that you wear a suit and tie or blazer and dress pants. Alternatively, you can wear a knee-length, tea-length, or maxi dress or jumpsuit. We want all of our guests to feel confident and comfortable in the outfits they select!

What shoes should I wear?

Answer

Whatever is most comfortable! We recommend avoiding stilettos as our venue has a gravel driveway, and the outdoor ceremony space is entirely grass.

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be outdoors with an indoor cocktail hour and reception.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Hopefully sunny and warm! Temperatures in Nashville for May typically range between 60 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Please check your weather app beforehand.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Although we would love to offer a plus one to all of our guests, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget and meet our venue restrictions. Your invitation is addressed to those who are invited. If your invitation was addressed to yourself "and guest," then yes! If not, we prefer to just have you attend. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love your children, but we have a strict guest list to stay on budget and meet our venue restrictions. If your invitation was addressed to yourself "and children," then yes! If not, we prefer to just have you attend. If you would like any assistance finding a babysitter for the evening of the wedding, please contact Elaine!
