PLEASE NOTE: Boulders temperature can greatly vary in the mountains from 80s in the day to 60s at night so please keep that in mind. We ask that guests AVOID wearing colors reserved for the bride such as white and creams.
Wedding Day Shuttle Information: Complimentary shuttles will be provided to and from the wedding venue for all guests from the Embassy Suites and Hilton Garden Inn Boulder. Please meet on the street/alley that runs between the two hotels—right outside the main entrance and courtyard sitting area of the Hilton Garden Inn. If you're staying at the Embassy Suites, head to the lobby, turn left at the lobby bar, and follow the signs to the courtyard exit on the right. **Coach buses will be labeled Hart/Brighton Wedding for easy identification.** PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY! Buses will be leaving at below times to ensure all guests make it to the venue before the ceremony. 6/6 4:00 p.m. First shuttle departs for wedding venue 4:05 p.m. Second shuttle departs for wedding venue 4:25 p.m. Last shuttle departs for wedding venue 5:00 p.m. WEDDING CEREMONY BEGINS - Wedgewood Boulder Creek 38479 Boulder Canyon Drive, Boulder, CO 80302 11:00 p.m. WEDDING RECEPTION ENDS - Shuttles Depart Early Shuttle - for those wanting to catch an earlier shuttle we will announce departure around 8:45-9:00 p.m. 11: 00 p.m. Shuttles depart from venue after the Bride and Groom Exit to return guests to Embassy/Hilton Garden Inn. NOTE: There is paid parking at the hotels, or there are rideshare services to hotel. Also additional parking lots nearby such as shopping centers behind hotel and across the street. The ceremony will be begin at 5:00 PM. However, please arrive to the venue 20-30 minutes before ceremony time. Our venue is a 10-15 minute drive into Boulder Canyon and we will have shuttles available for guests to and from the venue. Cocktail hour and reception will follow at the same location.
Boulder is about a 45 minute drive from the Denver National Airport depending on traffic. You have a variety of transportation options including: Uber, rentals, Green Ride and other shuttle companies. Even though everything is within 20 minutes of each other in Boulder, we recommend renting a vehicle if you plan to get out and explore our beautiful state! If you are traveling from out of town PLEASE READ! Boulders altitude is 5,500 ft above sea level! Which means if you are not used to traveling to high altitude places please keep this in mind. Especially for guests who may have underlying health conditions. Altitude sickness is real and we want our guest to have the best experience. This means please hydrate hydrate hydrate! We also recommend purchasing personal BOOST oxygen tanks for those who need an extra boost of air when they're here! You can purchase them at any tourist store, gas station or grocery store here. Altitude change does not effect everyone but guests typically adjust within 24-48 hours. If you have further questions PLEASE reach out to the bride or groom.
Yes! We will be hosting a welcome party at Avanti Boulder the night before on Thursday, June 5th from 7:00PM to 9:00PM. When you arrive tell the host you are with the Brighton/Hart party and take the elevator to the rooftop! Attire: Summer cocktail
Yes! Our ceremony will be held outdoors with a cocktail hour to follow. This will be followed by an indoor/outdoor reception. Get ready to bring your dancing shoes! Colorado weather can be crazy! So please keep that and the weather app in mind before your arrival.
As soon as possible! Since most of our guests will be traveling to Boulder, CO from out of town we kindly ask that you RSVP NO LATER than May 1st, 2025. If you do not RSVP by then, either the bride or groom will be in contact to confirm attendance. We will be unable to accommodate anyone who does not RSVP.
Yes! Our main room block is at the Hilton Garden Inn in Boulder, CO and Embassy Suites by Hilton Boulder. The Hilton Garden Inn and Embassy Suites are right across the street from each other, both are close to Pearl Street, and will be where the shuttles will pick up/ drop off guests day of the wedding. We have another room block available at the Courtyard Boulder as well. Please refer to the Travel and Hotel tab for the room block link.
Although we love everyones kiddos, please note that our wedding will be an adult-only affair. We want parents to enjoy a night out! If you have further questions please reach out to the bride or groom.

Dinner will be buffet styled and will also have both vegetarian and gluten free options available. If you have specific dietary restrictions or concerns please let Elaine know AT LEAST two weeks prior to the wedding.
