To adjust the nights you're staying, go to the top of the page that says "edit stay." Change how many nights you're staying as well as how many guests will be in the room. The block code should autofill under "special rates" 3. Click on the blue "update" button. Then, you should be able to click on the specific night you're staying on the calendar 4. It will then take you to the next page where you can choose your room 5. Enter your information and reserve the room Parking: There is a free parking lot at the hotel.

Click on the button "Book Now" at the top right of the webpage 3. The wedding block code should autofill. You will need to change the dates and the amount of guests staying 4. It will take you to a screen to choose which room you'd like to stay in 5. Enter your information and reserve the room Parking: Once you arrive, park in the circle drive and go inside to check-in. The key you receive from check-in will allow you to get into the parking garage and to your room. There is a $9 daily parking fee.

A shuttle will be available to all guests staying at any hotel before and after the event. Below are the pick-up times for each hotel to Pear Tree Estate: Shuttle for guests at Hampton Inn Champaign/Urbana will depart at 3:25 pm Shuttle for guests at Hyatt Place Champaign/Urbana will depart at 3:30 pm Shuttle for guests at I Hotel & Conference Center will depart at 3:45 pm Below are the drop-off times from Pear Tree Estate to each hotel & Downtown Champaign: Depart Pear Tree Estate at 10:00 pm and drop off guests back at the hotel they are staying at, if necessary, and then return to Pear Tree for a second trip One bus will depart Pear Tree Estate at 11:15 pm for Hyatt/Downtown Champaign A second bus will depart Pear Tree Estate at 11:15 pm for I Hotel first, Hampton Inn second, and any remaining guests wanting to go to Hyatt or Downtown Champaign third
