What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 1:30 PM, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 PM. Out of respect for the ceremony, we kindly ask that guests do not arrive late.

The reception venue is approximately 25–30 minutes from the ceremony.

Is there parking available at the venues?

Yes, parking is available at both the ceremony and reception locations.

The ceremony will be indoors, and the reception will be outdoors.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to wear dark-colored, semi-formal attire. Please refer to the Dress Code tab on our website for more details and color inspiration.

Should I bring a jacket or shawl incase it gets chilly?

Answer

Since the reception will be outdoors in the evening, bringing a light jacket or shawl may be helpful.

Due to limited seating, only guests listed on the invitation will be able to attend.

Are children invited?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome. However, please contact Elaina or Pablo if you plan to bring children so they can plan accordingly.

How do I RSVP and by when?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 15th. If you do not RSVP by this date, you unfortunately will not be able to attend, as final guest counts must be submitted to our vendors.

What should I do if I missed the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Unfortunately, if the RSVP deadline has passed, we kindly ask that you do not attend, as seating and catering arrangements will already be finalized.

Is transportation provided between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

No, transportation will not be provided since the venues are 25–30 minutes apart.

Where are you registered and is there a preferred gift type?

Answer

Our registry can be found on Zola under the "Registry” tab on our website. Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift. However, if you would like to contribute to our future together, it would be greatly appreciated.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that guests do not use phones or cameras during the ceremony, as we have a professional photographer capturing the moment.
