Christian met Jacob their freshman year of college, where they were neighbors in their dorm on campus. After freshman year, they moved into an apartment together, where they went through many good and bad times together, grew very close, and finished their last few years of college. Jacob is and always will be one of Christian's lifelong best friends.

Jazmine has been Elaina’s best friend since middle school and have been inseparable since. Jazmine is the sweetest woman you will ever meet and we are so blessed to have her in our lives!

Tyler and Christian met during their sophomore year at Valdosta State University. Through many parties, hangouts, and trips together, Tyler has become a special part of Christian's life. Tyler is like a brother to Christian, and they will always be the best of friends.

Maddie is one of Elaina's closest friends from college. She is the reason Christian and Elaina met and fell in love. Without Maddie, none of us would be gathering to celebrate our love and we are externally thankful to have Maddie in our lives.

Grant is one of Christian's closest friends from college, and the first person he met while moving into the dorms freshman year. After bringing Christian to a campus ministry group, they spent every Tuesday together growing their faith. They also lived together for Grant's last year of college, where their friendship really blossomed into one that will last a lifetime.

Madysen and Elaina are cousins who were born six months apart! Maddy is literally Elaina’s day one, they are lifetime long built in bestfriends. Maddy was picked as a bridesmaid the day Elaina was born!
Grant Holman

While Grant didn't live on the same floor as the rest of the guys in the dorms, he was still a part of the crew. Christian and Grant grew very close over the years while in ROTC together, and they've had many great (sometimes wild) times throughout college. Whether it's moving a handmade bar or fixing a car in a parking lot, Christian and Grant have always been there for each other and always will be.

Cassie is another one of Elaina’s closest friends from college. Cassie lives closest to Elaina and has heard every detail about the wedding 100 times, and has listened every time. She has helped keep the stress off of Elaina’s shoulders with shopping and food dates! We love you!
Nicholas Kristansen
Groomsman
Rejoining ROTC after being delayed for medical reasons, Christian was in a new class of people with nobody he knew. Nick changed that and made Christian feel welcome, and showed him that he had people he could count on. Nick and Christian have been very close since, and they'll continue their friendship long after graduation.
