Question

What is the attire? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

For this special day, we’re planning an evening just for grown-ups! We hope you’ll enjoy a night off to relax and celebrate with us—think of it as your mini getaway! Thank you for understanding that this will be an adults-only event.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate our special day with you! Due to limited space, we’re able to extend invitations to those who have been specifically named on the invitation. If your invitation does not mention a guest, we kindly ask that you attend solo. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to share this memorable day with you!

Question

Are the ceremony and reception at the same venue?

Answer

Yes! Everything is in one spot. Tivoli Italian Villa: 4103 Mission Rd, Fallbrook, CA 92028

Question

Will the ceremony & reception be outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be outdoors. It will be very warm in July, the reception area is shaded.

Question

What time should I arrive? What time does the ceremony begin?

Answer

We kindly ask that you arrive by 4:00 PM to ensure everyone is settled in. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. Please be mindful of traffic, as it will be around rush hour, and plan accordingly to avoid any delays. Your timely arrival will help ensure everything runs smoothly!

Question

Are Ubers accessible?

Answer

Yes, Ubers are accessible, however, to avoid excessive wait times please "schedule" your Uber pick up for the end of the night. The music will stop at 10pm. If you are planning on staying in San Diego more than a couple days we highly encourage renting a car.

Question

Is there ample parking at the venue? Is there a valet?

Answer

Valet is complementary, there is ample room for parking.

Question

Can I leave my vehicle at the venue?

Answer

Safety first! If you're planning on drinking be sure to get a hotel or arrange ride/uber home. You may leave your vehicle at the venue, however, you must retrieve you car between the hours of 10am and Noon on Friday the 18th.

Question

What should I do if I can't attend the wedding.

Answer

If you already know that you won’t be able to join us on our special day, we completely understand and would be grateful if you could let us know as soon as possible. Please also be sure to respond online to help us with our planning. Any advance notice you can provide will be greatly appreciated, and it will ensure we can make adjustments accordingly.

Question

What happens if I arrive late?

Answer

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and if you happen to arrive after the ceremony begins, we kindly ask that you wait until the ceremony has concluded to avoid interrupting. We’d love for you to join us during the cocktail hour to celebrate with us! Thank you so much for your understanding.

Question

Will the bartenders check my ID?

Answer
