We’ve arranged a trusted local taxi (Toyota Probox) as a more affordable alternative to hotel transportation. Flat Rate: $150 USD per car (one way w/ 3 person max) This is for the full vehicle, not per passenger • 1 guest: $150 | 23595 JMD • 2 guests: $75 | 11797 JMD per passenger • 3 guests: $50 | $7865 JMD per passenger Good to know: This is a reliable, vetted local driver (not a luxury service), and payment is cash only in USD or JMD with exact change. You can either book the full car at the flat rate or opt to share a ride with other guests arriving around the same time. If sharing, there may be a short wait as we align arrivals, but we’ll coordinate as smoothly as possible. Kingston to Portland & Wedding Day We’ve arranged a free shuttle for guests who are open to sharing rides and waiting for scheduled pickups. The shuttle is primarily used for wedding events, but we’ll use it for airport transfers when available. Airport Pickup Windows: • Wed, June 3: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM • Thurs, June 4: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM • Fri, June 5: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM • Saturday (Wedding Day): pick ups not available • Sunday: Available all day but will depart at 3 specifc windows What to expect: • Shared rides with other guests • Pickups scheduled around group timing • Possible wait times as we coordinate multiple flights How to book: Text Aliana 618 681-4729with your name and flight details (arrival date/time + flight number). She’ll follow up with your pickup time and details.

Transportation will be provided so you can relax and fully enjoy the celebration. • Shuttle service will be available for guests staying in Portland within a ~20-minute (12 mile / 20 km) radius • Timed shuttle pickups to the venue until 3:30 PM and after • Pickup timing will be coordinated based on your RSVP details and accommodations • Final pickup times and exact locations (hotel/villa or central meeting point) will be shared here and via text once all guest information is received • Guests staying at Trident will have pickups at 3:30 PM & 3:45 PM How to Book: Ensure you’ve completed your RSVP on the website and this form https://forms.gle/LeQ6En8Qndnyqu377 sharing your accommodation details. Flight

✈️ OCJ and KIN

You can fly into Ocho Rios Ian Flemming Airport (OCJ) or Kingston Norman Manley International Airport (KIN). Both airports work great! Ocho Rios is closer if you find a flight that lands there, while Kingston offers more international options and an easy drive along the highway. Check with your hotel for shuttle service. If unavailable, please refer back to this page for recommended transportation options.

The Trident Hotel

We’ve secured a guest rate of $547.20 per night, per room (including taxes) at our hotel, and we’d love for you to stay with us there. Each room accommodates up to two guests, with a third guest available for $126 per night. To reserve your room a nonrefundable deposit equal to one night’s stay is due by January 31st, with the remaining balance due by April 1st. AyahsoWiDeh is a privately hosted villa whose name, drawn from Jamaican Patois, means “We are here” — both an invitation and a quiet declaration that presence is all that’s asked of you. The property is located just a 10-minute drive from Trident Castle, offering a serene and convenient stay for wedding guests. Guests may stay in one of the five ocean-view villas, priced at ~2070 USD total, which works out to about $414 per night per room. Prices subject to change. Norse Hill Estate is a beautiful family-owned holistic resort and botanical garden nestled in the lush hills of Port Antonio. The estate is just a 10-minute drive from Trident Castle. Guests may stay in the Main Villa, which offers 4 bedrooms at a nightly rate of $1,375 USD (~$344 per room per night), or in the Garden Cottage, which features 2 bedrooms at $485 USD per night (~ $243 per room per night).
