Well, it was the Thursday night before their friends wedding, and to make a long story short they would like to THANK Todd and Cassie for getting married and introducing them! haha For the record, Erica was not late to this event (for once), and it was actually Travis who everyone in the party was patiently waiting on to show up to rehearse for the next day. As soon as he decided to make his grand entrance is when they became two very special someone's in each other's lives! Rewind to a few months prior, Cassie had told Erica she had someone special she was setting her up with at their wedding and not to invite a plus one (well, she did anyways), and began describing this new guy to her over dinner... Erica didn't really give it a second thought and never thought anything would come out of it... Fast forward to the day after the wedding... Like good old fashion Erica, she couldn't wait and had to make the first move. She messaged Travis on Facebook where they exchanged numbers, and panned their first date to Ice Glen in Stockbridge, MA, followed by dinner to their favorite restaurant, Jacksons, and ended the night at the Heritage for some drinks with a few close friends... after that night they never left each others side! I guess you could say it was love at first sight <3

The proposal went a little like the first date... Travis took Erica and the dogs for a hike to their first date spot at Ice Glen, and not even 5 minutes of being there Erica turned around in front of the bridge (and in front of many people too!) to Travis down on one knee holding the most beautiful ring she ever seen! Of course she was surprised, and said YES! She was also surprised to see his cousin Kayt standing in the background taking pictures and capturing that special day (THANKS KAYT) !!! It was so perfect! After the walk, Travis had planned for their parents to meet at Jacksons for dinner, which made the rest of the night best best ever and so special! He did a great job, and she couldn't have asked for anything better <3
