Are kids welcome?
Answer
For many reasons we have decided to keep our wedding 21+. However, there are many accommodations for children of all ages that have come along!
Question
Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We have many rooms blocked off for our celebration! Please just let the hotel staff know when booking your room that you are with the Reed/Chaires Wedding.
Question
Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes, a shuttle will run all night, beginning at 3:30pm. There is little parking at the venue so we ask that you please utilize this service.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We would love to see our friends and family dress up with us! We are requesting formal dress code for the evening. For men, this means suits, or button down shirts and dress pants with a tie or bow tie. For women, floor-length gowns, elegant cocktail dresses or dressy jumpsuits are appropriate. Feel free to dress to impress in whatever color you would like, but please no white, and keep in mind the weather! (Please note, our bridal party will be wearing black)

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. We ask that you arrive no later than 4:15pm. The shuttles will begin bringing people from the hotel at 3:30pm. Due to limited parking at the venue, we ask that you please utilize the shuttle accommodations.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests not explicitly stated on the invitations. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please ensure that you're RSVPing for yourself and your guest. We appreciate your understanding and are excited to celebrate with you!

Can I change my RSVP if needed?
Answer
Of course! Things come up and things change. If you need to update your RSVP, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible and preferably before August 10th.

What events are happening during the weekend?
Answer
Besides our wedding, we will be hosting a welcome reception and farewell brunch! We ask that you please RSVP to those events that you are able to attend as well. We look forward to a weekend full of quality time with our friends and family!
