Jack & Emma met at a worship night in February 2025 (pictured above), where a mutual friend introduced them. They both quickly wanted to learn more about each other. A few days later, Jack served in Kids Ministry at Emma's church (for the kids… but also definitely for Emma). After seeing each other a few more times, Jack called Emma to ask her on a date. She said yes, & they enjoyed a long, fun dinner at the Corvette Diner. Jack & Emma knew they had feelings for each other & wanted to see each other again. After many more dates getting to know each other, on March 11, 2025, Jack asked Emma to be his girlfriend. Their relationship quickly grew through coffee dates, church & worship nights, Padres games, & beach days. After 6 months, they said “I love you,” confident the Lord was leading them toward marriage. Later, Jack proposed on March 15, 2026, during Emma’s graduation photos. They’re overjoyed for this next chapter as The Schlotman's & excited to celebrate with you all!
