A celebration of our union!

We met on May 5, 2017, at a lounge called The Patio in Palo Alto — on a night when neither of us was looking for anything life-changing. We both went out with friends, fully expecting nothing more than a good time… and instead, we found each other. Taylor saw Ejere from across the room, thought he was cute, and sent her friend over to say hello. When Ejere spotted Taylor, he knew immediately: yeah… this could be something. That spontaneous, slightly dramatic moment turned out to be the beginning of everything. Here’s the thing — on paper, we’re not “supposed” to work. Ejere is a Gemini, an air sign: curious, expressive, always moving. Taylor is a Taurus, an earth sign: grounded, steady, deeply intentional. Air and earth aren’t exactly known for being compatible… but somehow, we make it magic. Where one of us brings momentum, the other brings balance. Where one dreams big, the other builds something real. And we wouldn’t have it any other way. From the start, our differences became our strength. Taylor, a former Warriors employee and lifelong Disney lover, brought magic, care, and thoughtfulness into Ejere’s world. Ejere — a die-hard Warriors fan with big energy and a bigger heart — brought excitement, depth, and joy into hers. Together, we found our rhythm. Our love has grown through shared adventures: cheering on the Warriors, wandering Disneyland like kids (with Taylor as the expert guide), traveling near and far, and building a life rooted in laughter, growth, and trust. Nearly 10 years later, we’re still choosing each other — with intention, curiosity, and love. What started as a chance encounter turned into something steady, joyful, and deeply real. This next chapter is one we’re so excited to celebrate with the people who mean the most to us.
