What do you recommend for travel and lodging?

Answer

If you are flying in to join us, we recommend searching for flights to Kansas City International Airport (MCI) - because KC is a hub, you will likely find the best deals on Southwest Airlines! There are plenty of hotel/AirBnB/VRBO offerings in the area. We recommend searching for lodging near Crossroads Arts District for proximity to the venue!

Can children attend?

Answer

Other than a select few kids in our immediate family, our wedding will be an adults-only affair. If your child's name is not included on the invitation or RSVP, please make other arrangements for them that evening. Thank you for your understanding!

I'm visiting from out of town. What can I do in Kansas City?

Answer

Check out the "Things To Do" page for the bride and groom's personal recommendations for restaurants, coffee, ice cream, and more! Please note that since our wedding falls during the busy holiday season, you'll want to keep an eye on store hours and consider making reservations ahead of time if possible. If you're an out-of-towner, we hope you take the chance to visit as many of the amazing local spots in KC as you can!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding is a semi-formal celebration - think cocktail or long dress, or a suit and tie...in other words: no jeans! The wedding party will wear long black dresses or a black suit and tie.
