Seating for wedding ceremony will open at 10AM, and ceremony will begin promptly at 10:30AM. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to ceremony.
Unfortunately, due to budget and space limitations, we simply can't afford for all of our lovely guests to a bring a guest of their own. Therefore, we regretfully ask our guests to not bring a plus one, unless they are a spouse, cohabiting, or specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!
Dress code will be semi-formal or dressy/casual. Please keep in mind the wedding ceremony will be outdoors on soft grass as this may affect your choice in attire and footwear. There are several hotels in Cody, WY and neighboring towns. Feel free to stay where you will be most comfortable! Please be aware that Cody, WY is a popular tourist destination in the summer and hotels do fill up. There are hotel rooms reserved for wedding guests for June 21st (Friday) through the 23rd (Sunday) at a discounted rate at the Holiday Inn at Buffalo Bill Village, as well as cabins available at Buffalo Bill Village Gift Shop & Cabins in Cody, WY. More information regarding how to reserve hotel rooms/ cabins are available under the "Travel" section of this website. Rooms will remain reserved at a discounted rate until April 21st. Please take advantage of this by booking prior to April 21st and reserve via phone call to use discount code!
In order to get an accurate head count of who will and will not attend, please respond to the RSVP to let us know if you can’t make it. If you are planning on attending, please respond so we make sure to have enough seats and food for everyone!
