Question
Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
Answer
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held on site at Chapters on the Horizon. The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather dependent), and the reception will be held indoors.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
We ask that you arrive and be seated no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony starts at 2:30pm. The ceremony will be held outside and adjacent to the main road into the venue, so anyone arriving later that 2:30pm, will unfortunately be disrupting the ceremony altogether.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is cocktail attire. Ladies, you can wear midi or floor length dresses. Gentlemen can wear slacks and a button-down shirt with a tie. Don't forget to bring your dancing shoes!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
If you received a plus one, your guest's name will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
We love and adore your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our wedding day an adult only event with the exception of immediate family. Any children invited will be listed by name on the RSVP.

Is there transportation?
Answer
Yes! We will have a shuttle to and from American Inn in Viroqua to Chapters on the Horizon. Please specify in your RSVP if you plan to utilize the shuttle.

Hotel & Other Accommodations
Answer
A block of rooms has been reserved with the American Inn in Viroqua, WI. Please call 608-637-3100 to book accommodations under the Eilers/Leis block. The block will release August 19, 2025. Please keep in mind that there are a limited number of rooms available. Please specify any room accommodations you may need such as first floor access or handicap accessible as the hotel does not have an elevator. Other accommodations in the surrounding area are available through AirBnb or Vrbo.

Bar Details
Answer
We will have a cash bar available for the duration of the event. Chapters on the Horizon accepts cash and credit (a 4% service fee is applied to credit card sales, an additional 20% will be added to any bar tabs for bartender gratuity). There is an ATM on site.
