Please arrive by 1:45 pm to the church so that we can start on time. The church is around the corner from the hotel blocks and approximately a 5 minute walk.
Cocktail Hour & Reception

Shuttle Schedule: Each hotel will have its own shuttle to the venue. Departure will be at promptly 5:10 pm, there will be an early champagne greeting for guests on this shuttle. Bus will loop around for another pick up at each hotel for an approximate 5:45 pm departure. At the end of the night, one shuttle will arrive at 11 to start bringing people back to the hotels if they would like to leave the party early. For those that want to stay until the last dance, shuttles will start at midnight and loop around until everyone makes it back to the hotels! There will be A LOT of food and drinks at cocktail hour so please come hungry! Cocktail hour will be from 6-7:30. Dinner and dancing starts after cocktail hour and goes until midnight! There will be valet parking at venue as well as shuttles from the hotel blocks. Check back closer to the date of the wedding to see shuttle departure times.
