FAQs

Question

NOTE

Answer

Our RSVP deadline has passed, and we are unable to accept any further responses. We look forward to celebrating with everyone who will be there!

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Unfortunately there is a limit on how many guests we can invite and we cannot accommodate a plus one for everyone. If you are a special case where we have allowed you a plus one, we have listed her/his name or "Guest" on your RSVP profile. If you feel we left out someone important, let us know, but understand that our limitations may mean our hands are tied.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is formal garden attire! We recommend formal summer dresses for the ladies or a nice blouse with a skirt. For the guys, dress pants with a button-down shirt or polo shirt will be great- cowboy hats and boots encouraged! Eileen says NO JEANS or else <3

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be outdoors under a tented patio. Pray for Texas to give us nice weather!

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

No parking is allowed in front of the venue, however guests are allowed to be dropped off there. There will be a golf cart shuttle running to the parking area starting 45 minutes prior to the ceremony. IMPORTANT: Please use the front entrance located on Chappell lane which is accessed from MENCHACA RD. If the gate is closed the code is 0407 enter. Please pass on this information to any uber/lyft drivers as GPS tends to take them to the back entrance.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

If they are on the guest list, your children will be listed on your household RSVP profile. Make sure to let us know if they are coming so we can ensure there's enough food and seats for them.

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes! We will have an open bar with a selective drink menu available, however if there is a specific beverage you would prefer, you may bring it. Please note that if you choose to bring any alcohol, it must be stored at the bar and served to you by the bartender. AKA you cannot have a handle of tequila or a case of beer at your table.
