We love your kids- we really do! But we want our wedding to be your night off and respectfully request you not bring your children.
Our ceremony will be taking place in a gorgeous mountain chapel about an hour away from where the reception is being held. It is definitely a bit of a drive, however the views are incredible and we'd love for you to join.
Please only bring a plus one if it is provided on your invitation.
More than anything, we want you to feel and look your best! We do request semi-formal/dressy casual attire so we don't feel overdressed :)
First and foremost, please make whatever decisions you feel are in the best interest of you and your family. We hope to see everyone however we respect any decision you make about attending. To hopefully give those that may be nervous some piece of mind, our ceremony venue is completely outside in a covered, open air chapel. Our reception is partially indoor/outdoor. Dinner and dancing will take place indoors however the hall will have an entire wall with doors opened up to the outside (and remain open the entire evening) and the venue also has a lovely outdoor space attached to the hall for guests to enjoy as well. If you have additional questions or reservations, please reach out to us!
The entrance to the Camperdown Garage, parking for the AC Hotel, can be found on Falls Street. Artisphere, the largest art festival in the southeast, is taking place in downtown Greenville during the same weekend. Therefore, several main roads downtown will be closed in and around the AC Hotel. Broad St. will be closed between River and Falls St. as well as a large portion of Main St. If you are approaching downtown via 385, 385 will become E. North St.. Take a left from E. North Street to S. Church Street. After the bridge on S. Church Street, take a right on E. Camperdown Way and stay right which becomes Falls Street. The entrance to Camperdown garage will be on your left. The Camperdown Garage charges $2 per hour or $12 for the day. Valet parking is $30 which will also be located within the garage since Broad St. is closed between River and Falls St.
