We have this hotel block until August 1. If you try to book and there are no rooms left, let us know and we will try to get more! Our booking group rate is $284/night for Friday and Saturday and $159 for Sunday night.

CHO is the closest airport to fly into with around a 35-minute drive to the venue and 20-minute drive to UVA and our hotel blocks.

RIC is around a 1.5-hour drive to the venue and a bit less to downtown Charlottesville and the hotels near UVA. Can use rental car or Amtrak/bus to get into Cville.

Dulles (IAD) and Reagan (DCA) are both ~2 hours from Charlottesville and likely will be the cheapest options for flying in. Both have local DC friends and others flying in who would love carpool buddies, as well as rental cars and Amtrak/bus options.
