Shuttles will be provided entirely for guests staying at the Hyatt Regency Monterey. For guests staying at Carmel Mission Inn, we encourage you to drive or Uber to the ceremony. After the ceremony, shuttles will be picking up guests outside Carmel Mission Basilica as well as stopping at Carmel Mission Inn on their way to Carmel Valley Ranch for the reception. Below is the shuttle schedule that Pacific Monarch will be following: 1:00 PM pickup from Hyatt Regency Monterey 3:00 PM pickup from Carmel Mission Basilica and stop at Carmel Mission Inn on way to Carmel Valley Ranch 8:00 PM first bus departs from Carmel Valley Ranch to Carmel Mission Inn and Hyatt Regency 10:00 PM all buses depart from Carmel Valley Ranch to Carmel Mission Inn and Hyatt Regency

Carmel Valley Ranch - The Unbound Collection by Hyatt

Carmel Valley Ranch is a 4-star hotel and has beautiful views of Carmel Valley. This hotel has golf carts to transport guests around the property and is where our reception will take place. This is a 15 minute drive from the ceremony, Carmel Mission Basilica. This hotel is a 2-night minimum. Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel and Spa on Del Monte Golf Course

The Hyatt Regency Monterey is a 4-star hotel and is about a 20-25 minute drive to Carmel Valley Ranch. It has many property amenities to enhance your stay for the weekend! The shuttles WILL be provided to and from this location entirely. This includes transportation from the hotel to the ceremony, from the ceremony to the reception, and back to the hotel at the end of the night. If you would like to change the length of your stay (stay through the weekend), Hyatt has approved the group rate outside of just Thursday night and Friday night. Carmel Mission Inn

Carmel Mission Inn is a 3-star hotel with modern, comfortable guest rooms located between downtown Carmel and Carmel Valley Ranch. This hotel is less than a 5 minute drive to Carmel Mission Basilica where the ceremony will take place. Shuttles WILL be provided from this hotel, after the ceremony, to Carmel Valley Ranch. If you choose to stay here, we encourage you to either drive yourself to the ceremony and back to your hotel after the ceremony where shuttles will pick you up, or Uber to the ceremony and a shuttle will pick you up from the ceremony to take you to the reception. Two night booking is encouraged and preferred! Pine Inn

Pine Inn is a 4-star hotel in downtown Carmel with boutique accommodations. It is in a great location if you are wanting to stay closer to downtown for the weekend. Our welcome party, open to all guests, will be at Il Fornaio which is attached to this hotel. We did not set up a contracted room block with this location but wanted to give an option to those wanting to stay downtown! Shuttles will NOT be provided to and from this location.
