Dear family and friends, We wanted to provide everyone with an update regarding our new wedding date! We said I do, but now we want to celebrate with all of our friends and family! We can't wait to see you all on all on August 21st, 2021 in Ambler, Pa! Love, Eifa and Pat #willardyoumarryme

So much history and so much love. Let’s take it back to when it all started! We bumped into each other through mutual friends throughout the first two years of school at Duquesne, but never actually spoke to each other. We officially met and had our first kiss when all our friends threw a party at Pat and his roommates house in the Southside of Pittsburgh. We sat on their deck watching the stars and night skyline of Pittsburgh sharing our stories late into the night. Two weeks later we shared our first date, and on November 7th, 2014 we made it official!

Fast forward 4 years, 8 months and 5 days from the day we first met....to the day he proposed! We were having a small weekend getaway to Charleston, with our brand-new puppy, Carmella. We drove 12 hours overnight and spent the morning on the beach with Carmella completely sleep deprived. Pat was set on having a picnic on this beautiful pier at sunset, which of course didn't go as planned! It went even better than he planned! We ended up at a brewery in Charleston where Carmella made friends with another dog and the couple that ended up being a part of our engagement. 15 minutes before sunset, we walked to the Waterfront park, the couple insisted on getting a picture of us on the pier with the sunset in the background. During the picture, Pat gave me a kiss and seamlessly got down on one knee. I don't think he even got a word out before I was nodding fervently and saying yes! He said we have had some amazing adventures together and I want to continue having adventures with you for the rest of our lives, will you marry me?
