Cass and Steph became quick friends shortly after Steph moved to Fort Collins and they found each other at New Belgium's Tour De Fat a few years ago! Besides Nolan, she's Steph's partner in crime. And partner for concerts, especially those requiring cowboy boots. And long nights of wine and watching The Bachelor, The Bachelorette, and Bachelor in Paradise. She's also our dogs most favorite auntie!
Kari Yenter

Kari and Steph met in college when Steph was a freshman in jazz band. Her band's bassist, JT, invited her out one night to see his own band and she met the girl he had started dating, Kari. After sitting next to each other to meet, they didn't leave each other's side for the rest of the night! Instant best friends! Kari and JT are now married and live in Aurora, Colorado. Steph loves that they are within a quick drive to see each other, especially since Kari and JT have started their own family and Steph gets to play auntie to their two kiddos, Soren and Helen.
Anna King

Anna and Steph met in fifth grade when Steph moved to Iowa. They lived a block apart and shared a passion for their Barbie dolls' dramatic lives and the Cranberries. They moved to college together and shared their first apartment and have always stayed close no matter where their lives have taken them. Anna's hobby farm is one of Steph's favorite places to visit in Iowa even tho Steph's favorite animals are Anna's kiddos, Lowden and Iris.
Luke Mescher

Luke and Steph met after college in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. They shared a love of the Iowa City music scene and delicious martinis. Luke was the only friend who visited Steph during her time in the Peace Corps in Ethiopia and that one visit has too many memories to even comment on. Luke now lives in Denver and even though their busy schedules keep them from seeing each other as they'd like, the conversation and stories never fail to keep these two busy.
Taeja Shore

The first time Steph met Taeja was at a wedding of one of Nolan's friends after Steph and Nolan had been dating for about 3 weeks. It was that night she got the legendary video of Steph and Nolan dancing like idiots :) It was also after that night when Taeja reported back to her fam that she thought her big brother had found "the one". Steph has always felt like Taeja was the sister she would have had if she ever had one by blood :)
Madison Shore

Maddie and Steph have had an effortless relationship since the very beginning. One of Steph's favorite memories that demonstrates Madison's sweet acceptance of her is when Steph went to Kim's house for their salon party shortly after Steph had started dating Nolan. She remembers that Madison was the first person she met after coming in the door and Maddie just greeted her with a huge hug and offer of wine and Steph knew from then that she was family. As far as sisters go, Steph knows that she lucked out with this one :)
Randie Farmer
Honor Attendant
Steph and Randie met during their time in the Peace Corps as volunteers in Ethiopia! They've remained incredibly tight ever since and make trips annually to visit each other. Randie lives between Tahoe and Reno so it's always a fantastic trip and Randie always makes it incredible because she's just the sweetest hostess. She spoils us with her AMAZING culinary skills and thoughtful welcome baskets. And she never forgets the champagne :)
