The Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) offers service to Greenport from New York City. Take the Ronkonkoma branch from Penn Station, with a transfer at Ronkonkoma for the final stretch to Greenport. The train arrives right in town—no car needed once you're here.

Hampton Jitney - North Fork Line
The Hampton Jitney runs multiple daily buses from Manhattan to the North Fork. The ride is comfortable and includes onboard Wi-Fi and snacks. Be sure to select the North Fork line and book your ticket in advance. The closest stop is in Greenport village.

Driving from NYC takes about 2.5–3 hours, depending on traffic. The route takes you through Long Island’s scenic wine country, with opportunities to stop at farm stands, tasting rooms, and charming towns along the way. Parking is available at most hotels and throughout the village.

Travel Note
Wedding Shuttle Service
A shuttle will provide transportation to and from the wedding. The shuttle will depart at 4:05 PM from 1st St and Adams (at the bus stop across from the Greenport IGA). The shuttle will return for a second pickup in the event that the bus reaches capacity The shuttle will depart from the venue at 10:45 PM, 11:45 PM, 12:20 AM, & 12:45 AM to the original pickup location. There is parking at the venue for those who drive.
