What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. It will be outdoors in a grass area for the ceremony, so think about your choice of shoes!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please try to arrive between 3:30-3:50pm. Ceremony STARTS at 4pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is limited street parking available. Ride sharing is recommended. We will be providing a trolley - "shuttle" - to and from our hotel, The Westin Richmond (23230). Pick up 3pm or 3:30pm. Drop off 8pm or 8:55pm.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

NOTE WE NO LONGER ENDORSE Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Richmond West at I-64, VA - Jordan learned information about the surrounding hotels and we no longer feel comfortable recommending this hotel. It is a good price and the reviews are good but the area is not the best. There is no longer a hotel block. We apologize for this. However, we are now planning to stay at The Westin Richmond (23230) and using this as a pick up and drop off point for the trolley. (Pick up 3pm or 3:30pm. Drop off 8pm or 8:55pm.)
