Question

Will children be attending the wedding or reception?

Answer

While we love everyone’s littles and teenagers, the days festivities will be child free with the exception of our flower girl and children that are specifically invited.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited seating at the Blanche and catering counts, +ones are only allowed if they are on the invitation or RSVP.

Can we slip in if we are running late?

Answer

The Blanche Hotel has a keypad door lock. We will have security at the door to allow people in, but once the ceremony has started, the door will remain locked as to not disturb our most important moment. The door will be reopened during cocktail hour and reception hours.

Parking

Answer

There is public parking in front of the courthouse, on the side streets, across from the Blanche, and in the parking lot across from Marion Street Bistro and Brewhouse.

Can we take pictures during the wedding?

Answer

We ask that everyone keep their cell phones on silent and put away throughout the ceremony and through the first part of the reception. We’ve hired the best photographers and videographers to capture these moments, and we would like to you to be fully immersed in the moment with us! Once the party at the reception stars, feel free to pull them back out. Thank you for understanding!

Will there be a dress code?

Answer

Yes. Semi formal or cocktail attire would be greatly appreciated. Gowns and dresses. Dark suits and ties.
